I am writing to say how pleased we are with our new kitchen. Like any new project it took a lot of research but in this case I also needed a leap of faith to buy a kitchen I couldn’t see over the internet.

 

If anyone is considering doing the same then I would have no hesitation in recommending your workmanship as the one thing they wouldn’t need to worry about is the ‘feel’, sizing or functionality of what you have put together. The overall quality is as good as, if not better than, the top of the range products in kitchen showrooms.

 

 The fact I could specify the exact style of the doors and the exact staining of the wood means I have a quality, bespoke, solid wood kitchen but at a price that is comparable with a mid-range, high street, chipboard one.  You are also able to include all the gizmos and gadgets offered by the showrooms so there is no need for a customer to worry that they may be missing out on the latest technology by going to a smaller independent workshop.

 

Your patience throughout the whole choosing process was brilliant as you obviously understand that when spending a significant sum of money on a kitchen it has got to be right as we have to live with it for several years. Personally I expect your kitchen will still be in place when we eventually move whether that is 5 years or 35 years.

 

Our kitchen fitters were very impressed with the quality of the cupboards and everything fitted exactly as it should. I think the crowning glory was the look on our designer’s face when he saw the installed kitchen. He was visibly overwhelmed by how good it was having been very off about my decision to go with you rather than his preferred, reputable,  ‘off the shelf’ supplier.

 

If you have any internet enquiries in the future then I would not hesitate to give you a reference. I am also more than happy for your potential customers in this area to come and see my kitchen if that would help.
